Spring 2012

PLEASE NOTE NEW TIMES FOR ADULT BEGINNERS!

Beginners can try out the sport for free for the first 3 sessions.  Parents training together with their children in the junior group train completely free for the whole of the first term.

Pay in the training fee to our bank giro 277-9775 directly or latest 20 January (existing members) and 10 February (beginners).  Fees can be found at the bottom of this page.  Remember to write your name and 6 digit personal number of the person training!  The club does not issue paying in slips.

Come a bit early to the first session for welcome and registration.

Kyokushin karate

Karate Kids (6-8 years old) advanced group

Start  20 January.

Those who have taken part in the beginners Karate Kids group do not need to reregister

Fridasy 5.30 to 6.30 pm

Karate Kids beginners (6-8 years old)

Beginners classes starts 22 January.

Sundays 5 to 6 pm

The idea behind these courses is to introduce children in this age group to karate and budo’s discipline and order whilst retaining the elements of play and fun in the training sessions.

Juniors (9 to 15 years old) & ‘keep-fitters’, beginners

Start 23 January. 

Mondays 7.30 to 8.30 pm

Fridays 6.30 to 7.30 pm

‘Keep-fitters’ can either be parents of the juniors in the group or those who wish to learn about the art of karate in a more relaxed atmosphere and first and foremost as a way of keeping fit.

Juniors (9-15 years) & ‘keep-fitters’, advanced

Start 2 January

Monday 6 to 7.30 pm

Wednesday 6 to 7.30 pm

Friday 5.30 to 6.30 pm

The group will be split on Mondays and Wednesdays into groups of different levels.  On Fridays we'll train together.

Kick 'n Box

Date and time to be announced.

Kick 'n' Box is a fun training session open to all paid-up members of the club.

Fees Spring 2012

Youngsters 600 SEK

Juniors 700 SEK

Adults 1000 SEK (from 15 years old)

Taido practitioners pay fees as above and thereby become members of IFLKK. A member of IFLKK has the right to practiseKyokushin karate, Taido and Kick 'n Box.

Fees must be paid in by  20 January (existing members) and 10 February (new members).

IFLKK’s policy is that all newcomers can train free for three sessions in order to try out the sport. From the fourth session and beyond you must pay for the whole term.

Parents of juniors (under 15 years of age) train for free in the junior/'keep fitters' group during the junior’s first term.
